Sorry but pets, golf carts, RV’s and trailers are prohibited.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Sunset Beach has access to golfing, shopping, entertainment, and numerous restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking an unforgettable escape and creating memories that last a lifetime. *The pool is not heated and is open from mid May-Oct. From Nov-April fees are $100.00.

With living upstairs: kitchen, dining & hallway bath and two bedrooms (Queen & 2 Twins) The 3rd Queen bedroom and bath is detached with a separate entrance, located under the house. Linens, Towels, Beach Chairs provided!

Two adults can enjoy a lovely seaside experience at this private suite with outdoor patio. It is on second floor with its own keyless entrance. We are around the corner from Middletown park which offers free summer Friday concerts and Monday farmers market. Other amenities are pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Walking distance to some great eateries. Five minute walk to the beach. Wind down after the beach in an aromatherapy. Not child proofed.
