A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
