We loved staying at Kathy’s place. It was a wonderful oasis, with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. We ran into Kathy’s brother Jim multiple times while outside and got great recommendations for things to do in the area (Get Up and Go kayaking at Shell Key Preserve!!) and also asked to make sure our stay was top notch. They had nice chairs, umbrellas, and a few tents that can be used for your beach trips (we used the chairs and umbrella, which are essential). Bonus points for being super walkable to the beach *and* all the restaurants/bars in the area.

I love this place, I definitely will be back! it has a Resort fee but is totally worth it

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

We loved the location, it’s quiet but you can walk back and forth to the beach! No worries about parking. The pool is pristine and lots of comfortable chairs and umbrellas, so you can sit out any time. It’s a wonderful atmosphere if you’re looking for a comfortable homey space. Great location close to roads to access stores and downtown museums. We were really happy with our experience, would definitely go again.

This has literally been my best Airbnb experience. Not only did the room/small apartment surpass my expectations but the communication was mind blowing. JJ is amazing. Very proactive and excellent at responding. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Katie was super helpful and was around most of our stay, always made sure we had what we needed and were having a good time.

Awesome host, when I had questions she was super responsive, and when I had an issue with my car she went out of my way to help me in any way she could, would recommend staying here any day of the week and plan to stay again!

Awesome little Airbnb one block from the beach! Great amenities (kitchenette, pool, beach gear). The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. A little noisy (try to get an upstairs room) because you can hear everything going on at the pool and above you. The hosts were super nice and let us check in early so that our baby and toddler could nap. Only (very minor) complaint was that there aren’t black out curtains in the room, so the light shines through even through the shutters. A pack and play or crib would be a nice amenity for families. All in all, great spot!

The 4 of us women truly enjoyed our stay! Room had what we needed and was nice and clean upon checkin. We sure appreciated the use of the beach chairs on hand! All staff were super friendly! Beach access right across the street. Pool area was great, water was warm and great to cool off. Publix less than a mile away with convenience across the road. Any questions sent to host were all answered within 5 minutes and we were able to checkin before 3pm as the room was ready...we sure appreciated that! We absolutely would return, and hope to!

We really enjoyed our stay at the boutique! It was a full walk to the beach and the pool was very nice! The staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was nice and it’s in a great location. We enjoyed the room, pool, and (walk to) the beach. I particularly loved that along with good restaurants nearby, there is a circle k next door. We needed the convenience of the circle k being so close, this trip.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff is amazing and so helpful! I usually worry about traveling but felt so comfortable and safe here. It’s a beautiful unit and couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Will definitely be coming back again!

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Havana Inn #2. The Inn was clean and located directly across the street from the beach. Towels were replenished and trash was removed daily, kitchen necessities were available, accessible via private entrance, beach chairs/umbrella/boards available and the pool was a great ending to our beach day too cool off-a perfect beach stay for us! We are absolutely looking forward to returning.

We booked this place as a quick getaway before the kids went back to school. Dave was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The Lofts is nicely renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. We used the pool everyday, which was always clean. The grill was useful for cooking dinner. Only recommendation for the kitchen would be more cooking utensils, ie larger cutting board, sharper knives, etc. All was usable and we made it work. We are very familiar with the area, we lived on the beach years ago. This location is easily walkable to many good bars/restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a nice stay. Private space, great amenities, and welcoming hosts. Luifi genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. Wifi good, A/C good, full kitchen and nice bathroom. I would highly recommend if you're looking for privacy and value. Thanks again!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! You can’t beat the location and the view from the balcony. LoriAnna was so friendly and responsive to our messages. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful place. It is a great getaway spot and feels like home. Kitchen is great for cooking and fully stocked with everything you need. Good internet. The bathroom is beautiful , clean and the place is private. 5/5
