We stayed here for 8 nights. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location for driving anywhere around the Tampa Bay Area. Includes parking. Comfortable interior with nice furniture and kitchen. In-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. Lety was a great host. I would stay here again for sure.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

Lauren was a fantastic communicator and gave us all of the information needed to make our stay in Ybor City a huge success!! The space was large and thoughtfully decorated, with a location that can’t be beat just a block away from the heart of the historic district. The place was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, spic and span! We loved our visit and will definitely be booking this again in the future - would recommend to anyone seeking a wonderful spot to vacation and enjoy this special city!! Thank you, Lauren!!

Fred’s place was perfect for our needs. Walkable to many good restaurants and venues. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had almost everything we needed for some light cooking, and lots of natural light. Fred was very responsive and helpful. The only con, which was not Fred’s fault, is that there’s currently a lot of construction going on in front of the building, so it was noisy. But quieted down by bedtime.

We enjoyed our stay in the house and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night, but still used the pool facilities, which we very much appreciated. The communication with Tom and Sandy was great.

This was a great place to stay. Was only really there at night as I was out and about during the day. The place was as described, very comfortable, and provided dishes and silverware. Provided nearby recommendations and was very flexible. Would recommend it for those needing a place to stay in the area. The door lock was a little tricky in making sure you were either pushing or pulling hard enough to make the self-lock fully work but it was more than likely human error as I have not used an electric lock that often

We had a great stay at Dax’s. It was well located and easy to reach. It was well equipped and very comfortable for our stat. The space was decorated very nicely, we really liked it. Dax was very communicative and returned our messages promptly. We would definitely return. Thank you!

This studio was perfect for a couple. Coded access to the gate/driveway and coded access to the studio. The was pristine. Clean bathroom, bed and kitchenette. The laundry room was perfectly located by the studio. This means you can take half the clothes you normally do. It was super quiet at night. Trader Joes is located a couple mile away. When we go back to Tampa, we want to stay here again.

Overall it was an amazing place to stay. It was great to wake up and walk out to the water every morning and watch the sunset. We did a lot throughout the week and this place was central; easy to get to everywhere we were going. If we had any concerns/issues during our stay. Sophia was quick to respond and made sure the issue got resolved quickly. It was a 10/10 and we will be staying there again!

I loved the location, you can walk into Hyde park and Bayshore Blvd is a block away. Ivailo was a great host and quick to respond. There was a glitch with the outlets however it ended up being that the breaker was off and it was taken care of right away. The loft had everything we needed, definitely on the smaller side but we made it work.

Hi. I booked this reservation at the last minute and I received an immediate response. Checkin was super easy. It was a text with all internet codes and info needed to get into the loft. The loft was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. my unit was right off the main road so i could hear cars going by. I could never find the remote control to the tv but other than that it was a nice place.

Very comfortable and well stocked. Loved the balcony and location. City trolley around the corner and so convenient. Felt very safe. District Tavern was a great go-to for hamburgers and beverages. Parking was very convenient . It’s a loft so there are stairs leading into apartment and also up to master bed/bath. We would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Maria, our host , responded quickly when we had any questions. The studio was very clean, and it suited all of our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
