Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

This home was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice! The view was incredible and the home itself was very inviting and comfortable. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the hosts were very kind and responsive! I can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this home ❤️

This 400 year old stone house is paradise, you truly feel you are in someone's well cared home, not an IKEA showroom. It is stocked with everything you need in the kitchhen and it is ample and incredibly clean. It is ONE minute to the most wonderful beach and Thomas' Taverna, where we ate every day. There is a local market 1 min away. Everything you need is here and Barbara was the kindest, most attentive host. She wrote us an entire itinerary, helped us secure a taxi AND rent a car. We cannot wait to get back!!!!!!

The place is a bit confusing to find because the map does not account for a shortcut that runs through the property, once you figure that out you realize that it is just steps away from the beach and the village which are both lovely and convenient. The place has a gorgeous view, all the basics are covered and the pool is a great bonus.

Wow…what a great experience to visit Corfu and have this home as our place to stay while exploring the island. We rented a car at the airport and drove the 30 mins to the amazing house where Dimitri and Frederiki were waiting to welcome us. Dimitri showed us around and had prepared a full homemade meal, with wine, champagne, beer, and fresh fruit. It was great because we hadn’t stopped at the grocery yet. They even had bread, honey, jam, butter, milk, juice, and coffee for us to use for breakfast. It was so nice. Grocery store, tavernas, and coffee shops right up the street. Great location. The views are stunning, and their home is private and cozy. It was nice to be able to sit by the pool, listen to the birds, play soccer on the grass, pick fresh oranges and lemons from the trees, and relax. All this before and after exploring the island - hiking, rock climbing, sightseeing, and eating. Dimitri and Frederiki were lovely hosts, and we would love to come back someday.

Flora was amazing and very helpful and place was simply awesome and felt like home. Nick was amazing too. The beach and castles are walkable distance and we can contact the flora for the car rentals and other suggestions too. They are very responsible. Finally everything was perfect and fantastic

Die Unterkunft war genial! Auf ca. 180 m Höhe inmitten einer Olivenplantage mit einer wunderbaren Sicht über die große Bucht bis nach Korfu Stadt. Das Haus, der Pool, alles Bestens. Die Ausstattung ist top und würde ich als gehoben bezeichnen. Von den direkten Nachbarn im (baugleichen) Nachbarhaus sieht man so gut wie nichts, man ist absolut ungestört und ungesehen. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist machbar, man sollte sich aber auf Steigungen von ca. 25% gefasst machen. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt einfach den Berg runter (5 min mit dem Auto). Genauso zahlreiche Tavernen, bei diesen haben wir nach Google Maps Bewertungen ausgesucht und lagen immer sehr gut. Ein kleiner Strand (ca. 30m, Kies) gibt es in 7 min mit dem Auto. Ein großer Strand gibt es in 10 min mit dem Auto (ebenfalls Kies). Als Begrüßung gab es paar Snacks, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Super nette Vermieterinnen! Alles in allem eine sehr erholsame Woche!

Ένα ιδανικό μέρος για χαλάρωση ανεξαρτήτου εποχής του χρόνου. Ιδιαίτερα καθαρό και προσεγμένο σπίτι. Βρίσκεται εκτός οικισμού αλλά πολύ κοντά σε χωριό με πολύ τουριστική κίνηση. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.

fantastic apartment not far from the beautiful front of sarande, we had a couple of issues with the sink tap and lights but once we messaged the host they was fixed that day, only one bedroom with a mirror so could potentially do with more and one in each room, but highly recommend a stay here the views are stunning

An exceptional stay! Well priced, great location and exceptionally private. It has a gorgeous unhindered view to the sea and is well equipped with everything you need. The inner living space is very comfy and offers an overall very good home entertainment system. The place, along with the host Gregory makes you feel right at home. He also offered us a great service, picking us up from the airport and giving great tips for stuff to do around the island. In conclusion, we would very much recommend staying at this wonderful place, thank you Gregory for making this experience so great for us :)

Great accommodation in a fantastic location—right by the sea! Easy access by car and convenient private parking. The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

The apartment was super clean, tidy and well equipt. The balcony was well-loved, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful view. Frosina (apologies if I'm spelling that wrong), looked after us so well! And, even brought us breakfast doughnuts one morning. She was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The main road is about a 10-15 minute walk away and had everything we needed.

Luli was so kind and we would take her for our own grandma. Wifi was not working though. But we felt at home and it was clean ❤️😎💯✨👍👏

ottima posizione e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo trovato tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno. Tante piccole attenzioni che hanno fatto la differenza. una bibita fresca in frigorifero....una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e un dolcetto che non si rifiuta mai. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza a Corfù

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures - wonderful high ceilings and lots of light with the sliding glass doors. The wraparound balcony was nice when the weather was warm (I was mostly there in the winter months, but autumn was warm). There is a very nice partial view of the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the kitchen amenities I needed. The washing machine worked great. The wifi was very good and strong. It went out a couple of times (the whole local area) but was back up shortly. This was important for me, as I spend a lot of time online. The property management person was wonderful. He was always responsive to any questions I had, and got back to me right away. I felt very cared for. The location is nice. It's uphill from town, but not too far. There are a couple of grocery stores about a 10 or 15-minute walk from the apartment. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Recommended!

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

Secluded villa surrounded by nature with a lot of privacy. Exceptional sea views with Albania in the background. The sunrise is terrific. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Spotlessly clean property. A car is needed to access the villa, the shops, restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Be sure to rent a boat to explore the amazing north eastern coast. Would certainly return. Advice: Switch your mobile phone manually to a greek operator or else you risk hefty roaming fees in the albanian network.

A beautiful place to stay. The gardens were gorgeous in April. Amazing views down to the see and distant mountains. Pool very cold in April as not heated. Car needed really as it’s quite a trek on foot to any shops/ restaurants etc.

Niko and Georgia were the perfect hosts .. easy to contact if needed otherwise left you to it location was perfect fantastic sunset and the villa had everything you needed, easy walk to town and safe ...would defiantly return .. very clean..

This is a amazing villa, with everchanging views across to the mountains of Albania. The photos do not do it justice. Surrounded by woodland, full of fireflies, Scots Owls and songbirds. High;y recommended and a great host.

Leandros is a great host - made me and my family feel very welcome. The Villa is just amazing! Incredible views and very clean with some restaurants and shops nearby.

Great place with an AMAZING view. Karolos gave us a very warm welcome with a big welcome basket that included local honey, marmalade, wine, cheese etc. He was also very responsive on a messenger throughout our stay which was very helpful. The place itself is very big. Has two separate parts. One which is a lower one, by the pool and it is a studio and the upper one which by itself is a full size house, has three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Our favorite place to spend time was the huge terrace where we ate all our meals. It has a nice ceramic grill (Green Egg) which we tried for the first time, worked great, so we used it a lot. You can also use big open air grill by the pool downstairs. During our stay we were also able to pick fresh oranges from nearby trees (on the road leading to the house). I think these were some of the best oranges I ever ate . To sum up our family had an amazing time at Karolos house during our Easter holidays . And that view that I'll never forget... It's magnificent!

A gorgeous little home in the perfect spot to enjoy all that Kassiopi has to offer. Close to the action but absolutely quiet and cool, and i loved the view of the harbour from the porch. Thank you Alexandra!
