Perfect home away from home fit my entire family of 7. Great location 10 minutes from Siesta Beach!

We had a really good time at this beach house. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach, and the area was nice and quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was easy to communicate with and made check-in simple. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the little extras like beach chairs and towels. Overall, it was a great spot for a beach getaway. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place by the water! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Split Leaf. Great location easily walkable to the beach and to the restaurants and bars. The house is decorated beautifully and has plenty of amenities. Thanks again to Nicole who was there extremely helpful with all of our questions!

This home was PERFECT for myself and a few friends to stay in for a long weekend. The waterfront view was so wonderful and we loved being outside. Only complaint was the bedding has quite a bit of staining. Besides this there were plenty of clean towels and the amenities were wonderful!

The condo was wonderful. The views were breathtaking. It was very close to AMI and the other beaches. The condo was absolutely pristine. It was set up just like the photos. Plenty of space for 4-5 people. Checkin/out was very easy. Anchor Down provided clear instructions. Everything was pretty much as advertised and efficient. The only drawback was their communication. We had a couple of very minor issues. We called during the weekend and got no response. Unless you communicate during business hours, they’re hard to get a hold of. Other than that, A1 condo.

It was spring break so traffic time to beach was a lot longer than expected. House was great. Pool wasn’t warm but weather was great so not a big deal. Communication was great.

Excellent place and the location in the siesta key is just perfect! Very comfortable, clean and I definitely recommend this place if you planning to have a relaxed days in siesta key.
