Dimora Tipica est situé à Praiano et bénéficie d'une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. La maison dispose d'un grand solarium avec intex jacuzzi, chaises longues, table et chaises. La chambre dispose d'un lit double et d'un lit simple. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bain. L'emplacement est calme et il y a 50 marches pour arriver à la maison depuis la rue où vous pouvez garer votre voiture. À distance de marche, il y a des épiceries, des restaurants et des arrêts de bus.
