We loved the Airbnb and the host was absolutely amazing. Very responsive and helped with all our questions. It was perfect for our visit and we would definitely stay again!

The unit was small, but cozy and clean. I enjoyed the personal touches of fan folded bathroom towels. The parking was a little challenging because my husband drives an F250. The common area and pool were on the water, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the beautiful sunset and enjoying the wildlife/scenery. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but there is a public access with reasonably priced parking nearby. Area was safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Absolutely beautiful place and stay the past 5 nights!!! Everything was clean and easy to find and Sandy is the best host!!!! Described to the exact way it is in the listing. Great , quiet area, and everything is in walking distance. So peaceful in the day and night … would definitely recommend this spot …. 🤎🏝️☀️🏖️🙌🏾👍🏾

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Cody stayed very communicative for the whole time. Place is clean, quiet, convenient, we ended up staying week longer than we planned. We asked for some last minutes accommodation and he was very helpful and happy to answer and assist with our needs.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

This is place was cozy and a great location! Just a few steps to the beach, it was not crowded and close to great restaurants. Having the bikes as an amenity was another plus. Lisa was very responsive and helpful!

Jada’s John’s Pass duplex is incredibly convenient to the gulf beach and fun boardwalk/marina restaurants and shops, barely need a car. Clean, Well-outfitted kitchen and other touches like providing cruiser bikes and beach chairs were also fun and helpful. I highly recommend the unit to other small families or couples wanting proximity to St Pete beaches.

This home was a blessing. The layout was perfect, the location was great, the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The home was beyond our expectations. It was accommodating to our 6 young children. The fenced in back yard was appreciated and all of the special spaces to hang out were appreciated. The provided beach gear made for less packing! Something for everyone. The bikes were a great addition as the neighborhood is bike/ walk friendly. The attention to detail and care was evident thought the home. It did feel like home. The one and only thing I could possibly suggest would be a thermometer for the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking. The TV’s and Fans and Games and Furniture all helped to create a highly desirable experience. The washer and dryer worked great. The 2 bathrooms were stocked and served our party of 8 well. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Thank You for the experience.

My family and I loved this shore house rental. From the spacious accommodations (2 bedrooms perfect for my 10 and 8 year old daughters, respectively; and a full master suite on the upper level for my wife and me) to the extra beach amenities (beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and bikes) and games to play with the family — this was a perfect backdrop for our stay. Kudos to our host!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location, so close to the beach access and right across the street from John’s Pass. We felt right at home here and look forward to coming back again! Perfect spot for me, my husband, and 3 teenagers.

The house was well-stocked, which was helpful since we flew in. Plenty of towels for swimming and bathing, kitchen condiments, and dishes. We only had to buy food and Kleenex. Even paper products and trash bags were provided! Lots of information the area was provided also, which was helpful.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

My family and I had so much fun here! The locations is close to the beach and the area is easy to get around. The beds were super comfortable everything was clean and matched the description. The hosts checked in on us daily to make sure everything was okay! Great fishing in the pond outback as well! We will definitely be booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

The host, Jorge was fantastic. This is truly the best spot with the beach right there, parking, towels and everything you need for a great day at the beach. The trolley or bus is a quick walk to get around st Pete. Would absolutely recommend.

I believe this is actually the first time I have used Airbnb for accomodations. I had a combination business/pleasure trip in Clearwater Beach, FL the first week of May 2025. The group rate for rooms where the conference was being held was a bit pricey, at $389/night, especially considering I would be staying in the area for 6 nights. So, I looked for nearby, available places listed on Airbnb, and came across Ray's condo unit. I found everything about the process straitforward and accurate. Both Ray and Airbnb provided good communication and directions, and I never needed to ask any questions, as a result. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. There were no bad surprises, but a number of good ones, in how Ray had a number of items and accessories avaialble at the condo that most people would find very convenient. The location was great - walking distance to the beach & restauants. I really enjoyed easy access to Captain Bill's bicycle rental. Next time, no rental car!

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter. Condo was wonderful. Location was great. Even though there was construction, the pool and beach were easy to get to. Would LOVE to visit again!

The ~Shore Thing~ is an absolute sure thing to have an amazing getaway in Treasure Island! Rachel does an AMAZING job to make the condo experience absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times and have already made plans to book again next Spring. The place is spotless, impeccably decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals and there a lots of great restaurants in St. Pete. Rachel is great to communicate with and makes checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a getaway weekend or week! Thank you so much for everything! Jeff & Tanya
